Doesn't cost a thing to pick up trash...where was the pep club????? |

Met and married an FBI Agent while I was working @FBI in Vegas in the '70's and have lived in the east USA ever since (FL, MI, GA, and SC). | Hi all.....yes those were the years, hard to believe this year 2006 means
forty years since graduation. I still live in Las Vegas, NW part of town but
still remember the old neighborhood. Lots of good memories being in the
band, playing clarinet ( not very good I might add), but lots of fun,
marching in Heldorado Parades(sweating in the wool uniforms in 110 heat) and
doing half time shows for the football games. The band also played for
President Kennedy at the Convention Center just a few months before he was
shot and killed. Lots of memories made in those four short years. The twist
with Chubby Checkers was popular then. Of course it was played at every
after school dance that we had. I was kind of shy and quiet, not sure if
anyone will remember me, but you never know. I have attended a few of the
reunions in the past. Would love to hear from old classmates !!!! |
